Building Surveys
Elevation surveys
Accurately measured elevations are useful for a number of reasons. We use a range of equipment such as a reflector-less total station and 3D scanner to produce both 2D and 3D elevation drawings.
Floor plans are essential to give an accurate representation of the building and this is backed up with elevations and cross sections presented as a scaled survey drawings. Using our surveying equipment one of our measured building survey teams will visit the site to capture the site data and then process the information at our offices in Hexham
The structural elements including walls, columns and beams, being the most important, are shown on the floor plans, elevations and sections. All features such as doors, windows, services fittings are then added with floor levels, heights and descriptive text to give a clear representation.
We provide all measured building surveys in 2D AutoCAD. We can also provide PDFs, paper plots and CD’s if requested
Prices will be based on day rates – depending on variables such as site size and area required.
